This week, our friends from The State Botanical Garden Of Georgia's Native Seed Network collected seeds from our local landscape. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, the team successfully gathered over ONE MILLION native seeds! 🌼🌿
These seeds will help preserve Georgia’s unique biodiversity, restore native habitats, and support pollinators for years to come. 🐝🦋

On Friday, our 5th graders kicked off Unit 3 in math with a super sweet challenge—a Krispy Kreme 3-Act Task! Students got to problem-solve in a fun (and delicious) way while working on their math skills. 🙌✨

Students got a special peek into our town through interviews with the Dalton-Whitfield Public Library 📚, Dalton Fire Department 🚒, and Hamilton Medical Center 🏥.
Today, Dr. Smith’s class took the spotlight with an author celebration to share their amazing projects! 🎉✏️

Last week was Homecoming Week, and our students and staff showed their school spirit in style! From fun dress-up days to ending the week with the Park Creek 25th Anniversary Celebration and the big Dalton Homecoming parade, we loved celebrating together.

Today, our 5th graders kicked off the Class 5 Program with the Dalton Fire Department! 🚒✨ Throughout the year, our students will learn important lessons about fire safety and prevention to help keep themselves and their families safe.
